I spent yesterday evening at a jewellery making class at Connie's the craft cafe in Weston-super-Mare. We learned to make floating necklaces and earrings. It was a lot easier than I expected. For mine I used metal beads with daisy spacers and 'floated' them on gold wire. Cazz created a long necklace on a sea theme and then made some musical earrings. It was a very enjoyable way to learn a new craft and I would recommend it to anyone as a great way to create your own individual jewellery.
